At Mantra at Sharks, our aim is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and effortless as possible. Each room is designed with modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Chromecast entertainment, and an in-room safe for your valuables.

Accessible Facilities
The hotel provides specially equipped room facilities for guests including automatic doors and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. These rooms are subject to availability, please contact reception if required.
Air Conditioning
Our hotel rooms are preset to a comfortable 23 degrees Celsius, however should you wish to adjust the temperature, you may do so using the wall controller in your room. Should you need assistance, please contact reception.
Cots
Guests are welcome to bring their own Cots. Otherwise we recommend Jack & Jill Holiday Hire for any baby equipment. You can phone Jack & Jill Holiday Hire on 07 5531 1563.

Do Not Disturb
To ensure your privacy, please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your outside door handle. Your room will not be serviced while this sign is on the door.
Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency please use emergency exits located at either end of the floor corridor. DO NOT USE THE LIFT. It is essential that you familiarise yourself with the emergency evacuation plan located on the back of your door. If you notice something unusual, please contact Guest Services.
Internet
Wi-Fi is complimentary for all in-house guests by logging in with your surname and room number.
Please follow the instructions as per the internet browser on your device.
Iron and Ironing Board
For your convenience an iron and ironing board are provided in your room.
Non Service Rates- Linen and Towelling
In the interests of sustainability, we have introduced discounts for those wishing to book non-serviced rates. Should you wish to have a service please contact reception, a daily refresh can be purchased for $40 per day. Should you require any additional amenities or towels please contact housekeeping.
Local Telephone Calls
Dial 0 for an outside line. All calls are charged on a unit basis. To make calls between guest rooms, please dial the guest room number.
Power
To operate all ‘non-essential’ power, a room key must be inserted and firmly pressed into the slot located inside the front door.
Safe
Each room has a personal safe. To operate, please follow the instructions provided on the safe door.
Smoking
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fine of $200 will apply if smoking has occurred in the room and you will be asked to leave the hotel. Smoking areas are located in the main club of Southport Sharks.
Television
Enjoy watching all your favourite shows on the big screen! Chromecast allows you to cast content easily and securely from your mobile device to the television.

Your bathroom is supplied with our range of complimentary toiletries for your use. We also stock a small selection of convenience items, eg sanitary products, shaving equipment which may be purchased from reception.
