Check-In/Checkout
You will need identification and a payment method. For identification we will accept drivers licenses and passports to confirm you are over 18 years old. Accepted forms of payment for your pre-authorisation $100 include valid credit card with your name on it or cash deposits, which will cover any incidental charges during your stay.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check ins or late check outs are subject to availability on request and may incur an additional fee.
Yes of course! If you want to do some exploring before you check in or after you've already checked out we are happy to store your bags for a few hours.
Facilities
Yes! We have 209 underground and above ground car parking spaces. These are available to guests on a complimentary basis, but please register your vehicle with reception upon arrival.
Yes, our Wifi is complimentary and unlimited in all rooms!
Yes! Hotel guests are welcome to use the fitness centre free of charge within its staffed hours. Bookings must be made through reception for all group fitness classes.
We do! Our wheelchair accessible rooms are subject to availability. Please check with us prior to booking for any accessibility needs.
Our policies
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee of one nights accomodation.
No. Mantra at Sharks is a non-smoking hotel.
No, we do not provide either baby cots or roll aways. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own baby cot or hire from a local supplier, but please keep in mind maximum occupancy restrictions apply. You can book a sofa bed for an extra $40 per day if occupying a King Suite.
